KASUNMU CELEBRATES FIRST LADY, SEN. OLUREMI TINUBU, AT 66
The Deputy Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly and representative of Ikeja Constituency II, Hon. (Prince) Adedamola Richard Kasunmu (ARK), has felicitated the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, OON, on her 66th birthday, describing her as a mother, mentor and source of inspiration.
In a heartfelt birthday message, Kasunmu expressed profound appreciation for the First Lady’s motherly care, guidance, encouragement and support, noting that her influence on his journey predates his emergence into public service.
According to him, Senator Tinubu’s place in his life goes beyond politics, as she has consistently provided wisdom, prayers and genuine encouragement throughout his journey.
Kasunmu said he remains particularly grateful for the confidence Senator Tinubu has reposed in him and for the various ways she has encouraged and supported his aspirations and growth in public service.
He also acknowledged her role as the wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting her support for the President’s leadership and service to Nigeria, as well as her own contributions as First Lady, particularly in areas affecting women, children, families and vulnerable Nigerians.
The Lagos lawmaker described Senator Tinubu as “not only a loving wife and mother, but also a mother of the nation,” whose compassion, dignity and commitment continue to inspire many Nigerians.
Kasunmu extended the birthday greetings on behalf of himself, his family and the people of Ikeja Constituency II, expressing appreciation for the First Lady’s kindness, prayers and continued support.
He prayed that God would grant her sound health, renewed strength, abundant grace, divine wisdom and many more fruitful years, while asking God to continue to preserve her and bless her home with peace and joy.
“Thank you for being a mother to me, a mentor, a source of encouragement and a blessing to so many. Happy 66th Birthday, Mummy,” Kasunmu said.
